Core Exchange

All rebuilt parts are sold on an exchange basis only. Core charges will be applied to all rebuilt items ordered, unless the core is furnished up front. We offer a UPS Authorized Return Service label at no charge to all customers within the US. This allows you to return your old part to us at no charge in order to get your refund.

Core charges range from $30-$150 per part. For online orders, the core charge has already been added into the published retail price. Feel free to email or call if you have questions on the core charge fee for specific parts.

Core returns are processed within 3 days of receipt of core. A refund check or credit to your charge card account will be issued depending on the method of payment on the original invoice. All cores must be returned in rebuildable condition to obtain a full refund. Please call us for clarification on this if you have questions.
